In 1988, on their return from Calcutta, two of Mother Teresa’s disciples founded a « Mercy Home » in Sengulam, India. Today, this hamlet still shelters many rejected people from the area: orphans, repudiated wives, beggars, disabled and poor people of all origins… In the heart of this community, they all hope for a more peaceful life. One day at a time.
