This short musical film is for M. West’s track “Swimming Upstream” from his new CD “Still Life’s Allusions” (available on all platforms).
This short was created, filmed and edited on an iPhone 7 plus.
The singer/songwriter portrays the dreamer in this metaphorical and musical dreamscape.
Sometimes life feels like we are swimming upstream; a test in determination and tenacity and is played out in our dreams. Reaching for another shape like words making their way through dreams, perhaps, life —in its complexity, makes a surreal experience after all.
