“The Geometries of Desire” investigates the complexities of truth, the distortions of memory, the illusions of love, and the ways we protect

The film references Kurosawa’s ” Rashomon”, the cut-up methods of Burroughs, the work of Maurice Blanchot, and Chris Maker’s ” La Jette”, playing with filmic space and time and finally asking the question ” can one really see themselves?”. ”
