“The Princess and the Peacock”, is an adult comedy featuring hand puppets. In a peculiar warp of antiquity, medieval, Renaissance, and present day time, the action takes place over the span of several nights in the castle of King Jupe and Queen Juno. Early on we learn that Jupe, wanting his son to get married, is frustrated with Apollo’s unconventional interests. In the hope to speed the marriage process along, Jupe conducts a pursuit for the perfect princess. However, the search is tainted by his sexual desires and impure intentions. Queen Juno knows exactly what he is plotting and, with the help of Peacock, they devise a crafty plan to stop Jupe from being unfaithful.
