A documentary about the 2016 Sacred Peace Walk, a walk that has been organized annually for over 30 years. Taking place during Easter week it is an interfaith walk of people who stand against war and the extremes of governmental violence. We follow a committed group of pastors, buddhist monks, lay people and the chief of the Western Shoshone people whose land we walk on. Beginning in Las Vegas, Nevada, the walk travels to Creech Air Force base, command center for the U.S. drone/UAV assassination program, then on to the Nevada Nuclear Test Site, the most bombed place on the planet. Our walkers protest and blockade at these sites in dramatic rituals that blend religious belief with political activism.
