Following a horrific car accident, one individual has died, two have been critically injured and transferred to Doctor Ivory’s private clinic.

Whilst waiting to proceed with facial reconstruction surgery one of the survivors, a mysterious Patient covered head-to-toe in bandages, refuses to talk and reveal his own identity.

At the same time, Doctor Ivory has to deal with two women, both claiming to be the patient’s mother:

Alice a sweet, yet clingy housewife, and Cassandra, the other survivor of the car accident, a strong and austere business woman.
Only the Patient and Doctor Ivory know who the real mother is.

What is unclear is why the Patient is refusing to reveal his own identity. And why is Doctor Ivory covering for him?
